The Leadership Institute is a two day training program for middle level and high school leaders as they begin their school year. Students are divided by age level for their programming. The institute offers three unique programs including officer and advisor training, National Honor Society workshops, and general leadership skills development training for all age and development levels.
Students and advisors participate in team building and goal setting activities, attend skill development breakouts, get inspired by great national speakers, connect and network with schools from across WI, and learn best practice on how to best serve the needs of their own school community. Schools are encouraged to attend both days, however, participation and either day is also acceptable.
