A brand new program to the WASC fall line-up and one engineered towards the challenges our new student officers will face. This unique program concept will bring together newly elected student officers from all across the country! This one day workshop will focus on fundamental skill sets that are vital for the success of our student officers and students in leadership roles.

Targeted Leadership Training for Student Leaders, Student Council, NHS, Advisors, and Educators – Including the State Delegate Assembly & Day at the Capitol.
The Leadership Institute is a one day training program for middle level and high school leaders as they begin their school year. Students are divided by age level for their programming. The Institute offers three unique programs including officer and advisor training, National Honor Society workshops, and general leadership skills development training for all age and development levels.
Students and advisors participate in team building and goal setting activities, attend skill development breakouts, get inspired by great national speakers, connect and network with schools from across WI, and learn best practice on how to best serve the needs of their own school community.
