    CONFERENCE REGISTRATION:

    • Registration deadline is March 29, 2024
    • Members at Plus or All access level per participant will be $88/attendee.
    • Members at Basic level per participant will be $88/attendee plus the school/processing fee of $75.00.
    • Non-member level per participant will be $98/attendee plus the school/processing feel for $75.00
    • There is a non-refundable processing fee of $75.00 per school for Basic and Non-member registrations.
    • You will need to review your district's photo/video release policies. Please check that all students have permission to be photographed. There is a place on the registration to check this off.
    • All student participants must be able to show a Program Participation form upon registration. The student may use one from an earlier event this year. If needed, please download copy here, print copies, distribute to attendees, and bring hard copies for every attendee with you to State Conference.
    • For WASC to calculate the total payment for your group, you must enter a number of attendees when it asks for "additional guests" on the very bottom of the registration form. When figuring your number of "additional guests"  include all the students attending AND all adults attending, with the exception of the person registering as the primary contact. Again, do NOT include the person filling out the registration with your total under "additional guests"; they will automatically be included in the cost of the event.

    HOTEL RESERVATIONS:

    • Similar to last year, you will need to make a copy of this Room Listing spreadsheet, fill it out, and return it to stateoffice@wasc.org. Important on this spreadsheet is the header, where you indicate your primary contact person and your method of payment.
    • Along with this spreadsheet, you will also need to send verification of your school's tax exempt status, i.e, a scanned document or a screenshot of your verification card, to stateoffice@wasc.org.
    • The State Office will organize these submissions and share them with Madison Marriott West (MMW).

    • Then, MMW will assign rooms. Because of their limited number of double rooms, we are allotting 2-3 double rooms to each school. The rest of the rooms will be a king bed with a sofa sleeper.

    • If you are paying via a credit card, MMW will send you the appropriate form to fill out. If you are paying by check, please bring it to the State Conference and hand it in to myself or Bjorn. We will compile checks and submit them to MMW all together.

    • For Sunday night, rooms will cost $119.00 for Standard King or Two Queen Beds. Both rooms sleep 4 as the Standard King has a pullout couch.
    • Deadline for room reservations is March 22, 2024.

There are multiple options for payment and added requirements for registration this year, so please read the important notes below BEFORE starting your registration.

    ******************************************************************************************

    ***PLEASE READ BEFORE REGISTERING***

    1. To assist in making the registration process more streamlined, you will find multiple forms embedded in the registration this year. That means you will only need to document the delegate's identifying information once and only sign once, versus filling out and signing multiple forms. There is a section that asks you to sign off on all the forms linked within the registration with an electronic signature. Please read all forms over carefully, as they will be legally binding.

    2. Please note, while filling out the registration, WASC refers to  all camp attendees as "delegates".

    3. To complete the WASC Health form, which is linked as a Google form within the registration, you will need your insurance information, your medication list and your primary physician's name and phone number.

    4. This registration will not allow you to "re-do". Please finish the form fully, once you have started it.

    5. If the delegate is under 18 years of age, a parent must complete. Before you start completing the registration form, please have a parent nearby.

    6. Payment - There are more options for payment this year:

    1. Camp registration - $475.00 after 4/15/24

    2. Early bird registration - $25.00 discount offered until 4/15/24

    3. Legacy discount - Do you have a parent who attended camp? If so, choose Legacy discount when registering.

    4. Loyalty discount - Did you go to camp in 2023? If so, choose the Loyalty discount. You will need a code to register; it should have been sent to the email used for registration in 2023.

    5. Loyalty discount PLUS - Will this be your THIRD year of camp, if so, choose the Loyalty PLUS option. You will need a code to register; it should have been sent to the email used for registration in 2023.

    6. Plan2Lead - Spread your payments out over numerous months. If interested, you must sign up for Plan2Lead PRIOR to starting your registration. Click here for more information.

    7. We prefer payment via credit card (Visa or Mastercard or a Debit Card) to complete this transaction. There are no additional fees for this service! If your student is planning on receiving a scholarship, we will issue reimbursements once the scholarship check is received.

    8. If attending Level 3, additional forms for the ropes course will also be sent to you after registration. These forms should be printed, completed and brought with delegate to camp.

    9.  Refund policy:

    • A complete refund (less processing fee) will be made upon written request received fourteen business days prior to the conference. The participant fee (less incurred costs) will be refunded upon written request after the conference.

    • Any individual participant cancellation on site will have to pay the incurred costs/no show meals.

    • In the event of an example not covered above, a decision will be made by the Executive Director, in consultation with the CLC Executive Committee. All refund requests of that nature must be submitted in writing within thirty days after the Conference.

If you have any questions, please contact the office at stateoffice@wasc.org.
